Answer:  At the 21 Club, a restaurant and former prohibition-era speakeasy, located at 21 W. 52d St. (between 5th and 6th Aves).  “Perhaps the most famous feature of 21 is the line of painted cast iron lawn jockey statues which adorns the balcony above the entrance.
